Operator and scope

These terms cover the use of Voyapage and the travel guides we create. Voyapage is not a separate legal entity. Paid purchases through Creem are also subject to its buyer terms.

Orders and contracts

You can enter and correct your details in the travel planner before purchasing. An order is placed only by completing the order process. For paid purchases, Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) acts as merchant of record and contractual seller for the sales transaction. MATIKUS, LDA creates and delivers the guide and provides product support. While checkout is disabled, you cannot complete a new order; filling in the planner creates no payment obligation.

Creem Buyer Terms

Product and use

Voyapage creates personalised, AI-assisted travel guides as PDFs with an additional online view, based on your details and selected extras. The PDF requires a current PDF reader; once saved, it can be read offline and printed. The online view requires internet access, JavaScript and a current browser; interactive maps also require WebGL. Private links expire and give access to anyone who receives them. We do not book travel, accommodation, transport or tickets. Bookings with linked providers are separate contracts. The service is primarily aimed at adult private individuals. Purchases by businesses are not categorically excluded; however, they do not include a service for processing personal customer or employee data on their behalf. Any such use must be agreed separately in advance. The usage rights below apply regardless of who purchases the guide.

Prices and payment

Prices for guides, add-ons and any discounts are shown before ordering. The total displayed at checkout before completion, including applicable taxes, is the relevant amount. Payment is a one-time charge using the methods offered by Creem at checkout; buying a guide does not create a subscription.

Delivery

Creation starts after confirmed payment; times shown during ordering are estimates. We deliver within 24 hours after payment confirmation or inform you about the problem; your statutory remedies remain available. You receive the PDF by email and a download link valid for at least seven days. The online view remains available until one day after your trip ends, or for at least 24 hours after delivery for trips already ended. Save the PDF for later use. The guide is not continuously updated; legally required updates and conformity rights remain unaffected.

Invoices and receipts

For purchases processed through Creem, Creem provides the payment receipt or invoice as merchant of record and handles the associated tax obligations. Our guide delivery email does not replace that document.

Withdrawal and statutory rights

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract. Voyapage does not require you to waive this right: we provide these 14 days for your guide even when creation starts immediately. Statutory conformity rights apply separately. Use Withdraw from contract or send an unequivocal statement to us or Creem. Details and a model form are in our withdrawal and refund policy.

Travel recommendations, quality and liability

AI-generated recommendations may contain errors; opening hours, prices, entry requirements and availability can change. Check important travel information with the relevant providers and official authorities. Guides do not replace medical, legal or safety advice. Statutory remedies for failure to supply or lack of conformity of digital content remain unaffected. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Usage rights

You may save and print your guide for your own travel planning, including your own business trip, and share it with your travel group. Commercial redistribution, publication or resale requires permission, unless mandatory law permits otherwise. Third-party rights in images, maps and other materials and their licence notices remain unaffected. Voyapage is a brand of MATIKUS, LDA.

Governing law and courts

Portuguese law applies to your relationship with MATIKUS, LDA. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of habitual residence and statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. No exclusive jurisdiction in Funchal is imposed on consumers. Creem's buyer terms additionally govern the sales transaction with Creem.
