Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Statutory right of withdrawal

If you buy a guide as a consumer under a distance contract, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving reasons. Notify us or – for purchases through Creem – Creem of your decision in a clear statement, for example by email. Please include your order number and the email address used for purchase. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient. Use of the form below is optional.

Digital content

Your guide is created after payment confirmation. Voyapage does not require a withdrawal waiver and grants a 14-day withdrawal option from contract conclusion even with immediate delivery. Creem's general provisions about digital content do not limit this commitment by Voyapage. Effective withdrawal ends the usage permission: stop using or sharing the guide; we disable online delivery when processing the request.

Missing or defective guides

If your guide cannot be generated or delivered, we investigate the problem and arrange another delivery attempt or a full refund. For content or technical defects, contact us with your order number and a description. Depending on the statutory conditions, remedies may include bringing the content into conformity, a price reduction, or ending the contract and receiving a refund.

Refund process

Following a valid withdrawal, reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice. For Creem purchases, refunds are processed through Creem, generally to the original payment method, without additional refund fees. Your bank or payment provider may require further time to credit the amount. Free orders do not entitle you to a purchase-price payout.

This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies for defects to a voluntary 14-day goodwill period. For purchases through Creem, you may also contact support@creem.io directly.
