Withdraw from contract
Use this form to notify MATIKUS, LDA of your withdrawal. For Creem purchases, we coordinate processing with the seller Creem. Submission is recorded with its date and time and confirmed by email. You can also download the receipt.
Alternatively, send an unequivocal statement by email to voyapage@matikus.com or support@creem.io.
We use your details to process and evidence withdrawal (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR), and for legal claims where necessary (point (f)). Necessary details are shared with Creem; our email provider delivers the receipt. Retention is limited to processing, statutory requirements and specific claims.
